Eurosonic Noorderslag is all about new music, and let that just be the thing we are good at here at Rockstone Sessions; discovering, loving, and promoting new music. So it may not be surprising that some of the acts that will play ESNS are old friends. We made an overview with some of the acts we have already had the pleasure to film a session with. After all, living up to an event is half the fun!

Town of Saints

Being from Groningen, this band is going to have home court advantage during ESNS, but really, everywhere these guys go they are received with open arms.

Alex Vargas

Self-defined as ‘noise-soul,’ by others defined as the best white soul artist in decades, Alex Vargas is one to watch.

Indian Askin

The guys from Indian Askin are a hot item in the Dutch music-scene, and will get hotter during their set at ESNS where they will release their EP.

All The King’s Daughters

Warm vocals and haunting melodies is what defines All The King’s Daughters. The perfect soundtrack for a cold afternoon, if winter ever arrives.

John Coffey

When watching the session the guys from John Coffey did with Rockstone, it is almost impossible to imagine they are usually loud. Really loud.

Son Mieux

The band is only six months old, but Son Mieux has been part of a crazy rollercoaster ride that is not stopping any time soon.
