Back in August, we filmed the boys from Sunday Sun on a sunny afternoon at the Waterpop festival in Wateringen. They enlightened us with some English slang, but that’s not their most important feature; that is to put a smile on people’s faces with their tunes.
Sunday Sun makes timeless pop songs to fall in love with on summery days. They draw their inspiration from the days of the British Invasion, but also from distinguished pop craftsmen such as Tom Petty, Crowded House and The Shins.
