Adam Barnes is a singer-songwriter from Oxford (UK) who recently toured through The Netherlands. Rockstone Sessions gratefully caught up with him in order to record some sessions. He’s only 22 years old, but already playing his folk music since 2010. During those five years he built a reputation of allowing any space to become a feasible area for a performance. Therefore he had no trouble playing these beautiful sessions in the Filmkluis in The Hague. The first one is of his song ‘Green’, from the CD The Land, The Sea & Everything Lost Beneath, which he released last year. This wasn’t his debut though, because he released his first EP called Blisters already in 2011. The second session we recorded is of his song Nebraska. This one isn’t on any of his aforementioned work, so let’s just hope there’s another project on the way! Enjoy!
