So if you’re a fan of indie meets experimental electronic beats, then GOSTO gives you just what you like. Meet Roel, the singer-songwriter slash producer slash multi-instrumentalist that left the field of electronics to perform an acoustic session for us, on a boat in Amsterdam that is. Proving once again that he is a talented musician that can turn his music either way.

GOSTO released his EP in 2014, which was well received, and already played as a support act for bigger artists in alike genres: Thomas Azier, Oscar And The Wolf, and How to Dress Well. Second EP Coloured Silhouettes was again one on which GOSTO combines acoustic with indie-electronic in a way that’s still danceable and not too abstract. This makes GOSTO’s music not only accessible, but also very much unique.

But we’ve said enough, check out these – somewhat shaky, but that’s the ‘boat effect’ – two sessions of the songs ‘Born To Love No One’ and ‘Reason To Dance’. Make sure to listen to the studio versions as well. Listen to the difference and hear the artist GOSTO is!
