Here’s for something else: Luke Winslow King proves to be a master of blues and jazz. When visiting Sniester festival at The Hague, Rockstone Sessions recorded the acoustic version of ‘Some Cold Rainy Day’, which couldn’t be any more appropriate, since that was exactly what it was. As a singer, guitarist, composer and lyricist, Luke knows what he’s doing and how he wants to do it. You can tell when listening to his slick tunes that breathe an air of ‘let’s get it on’. Overall his style is an eclectic mix of blues, jazz, rock ‘n roll and ragtime, that’s both captivating and surprising.
