L4 are considered the United Nations of hip hop. Their backgrounds, cultures and the fact that they all come from different corners of the world gives their music that diversity.
Playing with a live band at all their shows, they tend to fuse jazz, soul and reggae into their own blend of wonderful hip hop.
In 2010 L4 released their debut album ‘Counting Coins’ which entered the TOP 100 Dutch Album Charts at number 52 and taking the number 1 spot on the Dutch Alternative Charts.
Recently they released their second album entitled ‘ITWILLBEWHATITIS4ASLONGASWELETITLAST’.
We joined our friends L4 at their rehearsal in De Pater where they performed a stripped down version of their track ‘Friends’ from their second album ‘ITWILLBEWHATITIS4ASLONGASWELETITLAST’.
